This weblog is my online journal. You'll find my opinions on a variety of topics and people that I think really, really, SUCK! Bob Doyle just happens to be on the top of my S*** List right now! You can learn more about this horrific man and his wild band of lackies a little later. I will be adding new info soon. Check my favorite links to the left for future updates on this heartless excuse of a human being!

I'll make changes to this site on a regular basis, sharing news, views, experiences, photos...whatever occurs to me. Check back often! I assure you, there will never be a dull moment!

A few facts to start off with.
I am not a lawyer, or a Doctor or for that matter, anybody special.
I am just one man with my own opinion. I do believe that I possess some common sense and just a tad bit of wisdom. I also believe that there has been an injustice served upon me and 111 fellow state employees.
Remember, I speak for none of them.
 
Now the problem:
 
Bob Doyle is his name and he's not even qualified to hold his job position! The puppetmasters who placed this idiot in power, had to fabricate a whole new job title, so he could continue to screw the ones he was supposed to protect, Our Children!
Because of this mans incompetence, along with 4 school board member votes, our children have been suffering for years! And these are our Elected Officials!
 
Now most of you  out in cyberspace may be a little confused about my anger and outrage for this Piece Of S***! So I will explain.
 
On Mar 22, 2006, Bob Doyle, supposed Chief School Administrator, and four school board members, Larry Devillbiss, Cheyrl Turner, Pat Purcell, and Dan Contini,(all idios), voted to destroy another small part of America! The Un-American Policy of outsourcing to private, lower paying jobs! And they did it under the guise of saving money! Well, at least that was the final excuse they gave for doing this! They first tried to blame it on dirty, unsafe schools that needed a private contractor to clean them up! After this was found to be an Absolute Lie, they changed the reasoning to saving money! When in actuality, it is highly possible that the school district will end up paying way more in the long run, than if they would have kept their original staff! 
 
If for some reason, you think that maybe I don't have a right to bitch, then consider this:
 
The 112 employees that have been outsourced, were not even 1 year into an already signed, 3 year contract, with the school district! The school district basically told us that our contract didn't mean anything! Yet they were willing to sign a three year custodial contract with Nana Management Services! Now that we threatened to sue for the remainder of our contract, Nana threatened to sue for their 3 year contract too! Now we are embroiled in a political battle over unions and a multi-million dollar lawsuit is coming, whether it comes from us or Nana. Now I ask you where the savings are? More about Nana and their Low-Ball Single company bid later. As for the employees, we are being offered positions with the private contractor (NMS), at approximately 60% of our original wages! Not to mention, going from working 242 days a year, to 189 days a year! So that's at least 3 months out of every year that these employees will not get a paycheck and will lose all medical benifits for three months! Plus we will also have to wait 3 more months after we start work in the new year for our benifits to kick in again! Boy that asshole Bob Doyle really put the screws to us! Now let's talk about Nana putting the screws to the school district for every dime they can pinch out of them!
 
4.4 million dollars for 3 years! That's NMS's new contract that was signed while there was already a contract in place! Nana says that they will only profit roughly $240,000 per year. Well I ask you one simple question. What happens for the last 2 years of their contract, when Nana won't need to purchase $600,000 worth of new equipment? Is that $1.2 million in saving going to be reimbursed to the school ditrict? And what about summer jobs that have to be filled! That was something that was left wide open! Imagine 3 months of extra labor! Mowing lawns and substitute custodians to cover summer events! I figure at least 2 or $300,000 more in "Extra" costs! That the school district has already agreed to pay! But it's an open ended contract, so it could be a hell of alot more! Just like the no-bid contracts that Haliburton got in Iraq! I will also ask you if Bob Doyle or Jack Sherman or George Troxel will be held personally responsible for the fallout of a Nana failure? Who's going to bail out the school district then? Do you think Bob or any of his henchmen are gonna cough up any money to cover the deficit? No, they'll be long gone, sucking on some fu-fu drink with their toes in the sand!
